It is so clean and classy and welcoming. Lovely entrance and greeted with water or tea. Friendly staff. Smells amazing. Calming music. During the head massage we were in a massage chair with your preferred scent. You are in your own room. Calming music. We had the hour with chopsticks....it was amazing!
